Ms. Gruler has 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and integrated healthcare delivery systems development and management. She has an extensive background in provider contracting, network operations and utilization management.
She founded Virginia M. Gruler Consultants, Inc., a managed healthcare and physician organization consulting firm, which built and managed an Independent Physician Association network with commercial risk contracts and a $36 million Medicare risk contract. Ms. Gruler previously held positions with Hospital Corporation of America, Inc. including Director of the Physician Hospital Organization for the West Florida Hospital Division.
Ms. Gruler holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from St. Leo University with specialization in strategic planning, operations analysis, process improvement and cost containment. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
