doublesys Promotes Walter C. Marsh to CFO


MIAMI, Feb. 1, 2004 – doublesys Corp. today announced it has promoted Walter C. Marsh, FSA, MAAA, from senior vice president and chief actuary to chief financial officer.

Marsh has 30 years of insurance industry experience with an extensive background in Medicare managed care risk management, business development, medical stop-loss reinsurance, product pricing, reserving and profitability management. Prior to joining the company, he was president of Marsh & Associates, a healthcare actuarial consulting firm. In addition, he served as vice president and chief actuary for Alden Risk Management Services, vice president and actuary with Anthem Inc. and as an executive actuary with Jefferson-Pilot Insurance.

Marsh is a fellow in the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from High Point University.
